Installing the EtherPaC 2000+ Adapter

Installing the Adapter

You should use the IEEE 802.3 standard to plan your network.

Using the EtherPaC 2000+ jumperless Ethernet adapter to set up your PC

network, install the adapter in the computer.

You do not need to set any jumpers or switches on the

adapter.

Turn the power off and remove the computer cover.

Align the adapter’s edge connector with an expansion slot.

Push the adapter down into the slot until the adapter locks into

place. Figure 2-1 shows an example.
